Courier firm Hermes iPhone 6 plus flip case has vanished so many parcels in Knowle it may be having an effect on local market, according to a sales rep.

The couriers have managed to misplace 18 packages in just a few weeks, worth nearly £4, 000.

They were due for shipping and delivery to a number of small businesses, which are dramatically losing revenue.

Sales rep Carley Robson lives on Novers Park Road coupled with was expecting 12 of the packages from America to support her market, but none of them has arrived at the lady home.

The 27-year-old criticised Hermes, which she said had again failed to tell her where her packages have gone.

The 12 parcels dotted with make-up disappeared over a six-week routine, since Carley moved home upon March 7.

Before the move, your girlfriend had been living at an address from nearby Bedminster.

Carley works for the purpose of Younique, an American make-up company, like sales rep, and sells the company's goods on to local people in Bristol.

She said: "Before I gone I never had any hassle. It's so confusing.

"I accept only been in my new contain for a few weeks but all the packages have gone missing. Hermes can't often get them to me.

"It is having that severe impact on my business. Authored can't get goods to end users so they are not placing new products sold because they are worried about receiving the goods. I have had to offer people discounts with a next orders because of the delays.

"The make up is high-end products, hence it all adds up to a lot of money. It's relatively worrying for me. "

Carley cited she had been virtually unable to live through to speak to someone at Hermes, and thus had to repeatedly go back to Younique and have that new parcels were sent to her.

She also said she understood of three other women dealing with Knowle with six missing packages between them.

Customers with Hermes will definitely track their parcels online, coupled with Carley said the status to do with hers kept changing from "out for delivery" to "awaiting courier receipt", but then never turned up.

That she said: "They are definitely getting to Bristol because it says they are out for shipping and delivery and they are at the depot. But it is regarded as a problem with the couriers. They not at all get to me. "

"I feel having to resend things to my mum's address in North Somerset, anywhere things turn up.

She said: "I have been working for Younique since December and didn't have a problem.

"Hermes should know who the courier for each item because of the tracking numbers. It is just this type of frustrating situation for me to be in and are generally not listening to me. "

Younique have now arranged for Carley's packages to be sent via a different courier firm.

No one at Hermes was already available to comment.
