Miley Cyrus is in New York City practicing her next album! Miley would be spotted stopping by a studio associated with last night, and we are loving the lady style!
It's unclear which artisans Miley is working closely thanks to on her new music, but we're totally sure she will have lots of collaborations and much different sounds on her CD!
